Well summer is here and boy has it heated up quickly. If you are not using an antioxidant, now is the time!! Vitamin C will help your skin to fight against the free radicals caused by the sun. Combination antioxidants will work even better. The 2 main staples for summer are antioxidants and sunscreen.
